A 110 dB siren also deters intruders. The Ring app allows you to speak to visitors through two-way audio and access alerts and live view; however, you’ll need a Ring subscription to unlock all the features. While there are customizable motion zones, there’s no AI human motion detection, so you’ll have to manage alerts for the potential of false notifications.

Ultimately, the Ring Spotlight Cam Plus 4-Pack bundle is a reliable, wireless outdoor security camera that’s ideal for those in the Ring/Alexa ecosystem and packed with smart features. If you’re okay with monitoring battery life and alerts, it can’t replace a more high-end wired camera with advanced AI and local recording. If you want more bells and whistles, you may prefer the Spotlight Cam Pro, but at just $90 per camera, it’s still a well-rounded option that offers strong value.
